师玲玲,医学博士,研究员,博士生导师,博士后合作导师。暨南大学粤港澳中枢神经再生研究院/中枢神经再生教育部重点实验室PI,暨南大学附属第一临床医学院儿童心理与发育行为门诊专科医生。2010年于暨南大学第一临床医学院获内科学博士学位。2011年至2013年于美国南加州大学Zilkha神经遗传研究所从事博士后研究工作。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、广东省自然科学基金等项目。相关研究成果发表于Molecular Psychiatry,Science Advances,Nature Communications,Human Molecular Genetics等学术期刊,论文被引用超过700余次,个人H index大于10。
遗传与环境互作,对人类认知水平、社交行为、情绪应对策略产生影响。自闭症、多动症等神经发育疾病病因不明,但其发生发展与潜在致病性遗传变异和出生后的负性生存环境密切相关。神经发育疾病患者常见学习困难、情绪自我调控能力欠佳等社会发展适应障碍,给其所在家庭带来持久性养育困难。课题组从疾病遗传模型和后天环境影响因素等角度出发,探索自闭症、多动症等神经发育疾病的潜在治疗靶点及社会、生态环境对疾病正向转归的积极因素:
1基于自闭症、多动症等神经发育性疾病患者队列和遗传分析,建立患者来源类脑器官/组织的体外培养体系及携带患者遗传变异的转基因动物模型,借助动物行为学实验、环路示踪技术、慢病毒示踪活细胞动力学分析及免疫荧光染色实验等技术策略,阐述自闭症、多动症等神经发育疾病的认知、社交、注意、行为控制等偏态发育行为的脑科学机制,以期发现潜在治疗靶点。
2儿童青少年成长过程中所处的负性社会、生态环境对儿童认知、社交和情绪相关发育行为产生消极影响。负性社会、生态环境包括来自于社会、学校、家庭养育、朋辈关系等社会行为带来的压力与应激反应,也包括非健康食物、污染大气和土壤等风险因素。压力与应激、非健康生态环境通过何种机制负性调控认知水平、社交互动和情绪稳定性?这是课题组关注的另一个研究主题,课题组尝试通过基于动物模型的基础研究、基于患者队列的临床研究,探索家、校、医、社协同构建儿童青少年脑智发展的社会、生态环境促进策略。
