雷文亮,暨南大学粤港澳中枢神经再生研究院研究员,2006年本科毕业于南开大学生命科学学院生物科学专业,2012年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院神经科学研究所获得神经生物学博士学位,2013年赴美国埃默里大学(Emory University)医学院细胞生物学系从事博士后研究,2018年6月,加入暨南大学粤港澳中枢神经再生研究院“脑损伤机制与干预”研究团队。研究兴趣主要包括:阿尔茨海默症等神经退行性疾病的病理机制研究,非人灵长类中枢神经退行性疾病模型的构建,阿尔茨海默症等神经退行性疾病基因疗法的开发,以及新型神经系统结构/功能成像技术的应用等。多项研究成果发表于Advanced Science, The Journal of Cell Biology, Cell Research, Alzheimer's Research & Therapy, Current Opinion in Neurobiology, ACS Sensors, Neural Regeneration Research和The Journal of Neuroscience等国际知名期刊。主持多项国家自然科学基金委员会面上项目、广东省自然科学基金委员会面上项目,并作为核心成员承担广东省重点研发计划专项子课题、广州市重点研发计划项目,获批科研经费数百万元。
